Coupe and convertible details matter
For your model
The 2022 Q60 coupe manual describes a mechanical key inside the Intelligent Key and electronic recognition for starting. Its key and alarm instructions are a year-specific example, not a fitment reference for every Q60.
Before arranging the work
Tell us whether yours is a coupe or convertible and which remote functions remain. Keep a damaged remote and its blade available so a broken case or missing insert can be distinguished from a complete electronic-key replacement.

Key questions
Can a Q60 mechanical key start the car by itself?
The mechanical access piece is not a substitute for the registered Intelligent Key on the 2022 coupe example. Give us the exact year and body style so we can confirm what is needed for both access and starting.
